Overview

We're currently expanding our remote team and are seeking motivated, detail-focused individuals to join us as Travel Customer Success Coordinator. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to help bring their travel plans to life, ensuring every detail is organized, accurate, and aligned with their expectations.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets
• Design and organize customized travel plans based on client needs
• Assist with booking and coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Serve as a consistent point of contact, providing updates and support before and during travel
• Prepare and maintain travel documents such as itineraries and confirmations
• Address questions, changes, or unexpected issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and trip details
• Participate in training sessions and team development activities

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools
• Reliable internet connection
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work within the U.S., U.K. Mexico, Australia, Spain, and other qualifying regions
