We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Remote Itinerary Planning Specialist to assist clients in crafting, organizing, and booking personalized travel experiences.

• Develop detailed, tailored travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and goals.
• Support or manage travel reservations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for trip planning, providing timely updates, and offering support before and during trips.
• Create and manage documents, including itineraries, confirmation vouchers, and necessary travel paperwork.
• Resolve any booking issues, delays, or emergencies promptly.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
