Remote Guest Services Advisor

Overview

This role involves supporting clients in planning their leisure travel experiences, both domestically and internationally, from a remote location.

In Short

• Assist clients with planning leisure travel within the U.S. and internationally
• Coordinate cruises, resort stays, tours, and vacation packages
• Prepare confirmations, trip details, and related booking documentation
• Support clients before and after reservations are finalized
• Recommend optional experiences that enhance overall trips
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Use approved booking platforms to review travel options
• Stay informed on destination updates and supplier offerings

Requirements

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort working with multiple browser tabs and online systems
• Customer service or hospitality-related experience (helpful but optional)
• Confidence assisting clients with decisions and comparisons
• Interest in vacation planning and destinations worldwide
• Sales awareness or relationship-building experience
• Personal travel exposure (a plus, not required)
• Additional language skills (beneficial but not necessary)
• Education in hospitality, tourism, business, or related areas may be helpful but is not mandatory.
