Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations or client management.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations is a plus.
• Ability to manage P&L and market performance.
• Experience with small business owners or distributed workforces.
• Ability to drive performance and foster team growth.
• Experience in a remote environment.
