Requirements

  • 8+ years in operations or client management.
  • 2+ years in team leadership.
  • Financial acumen including P&L ownership.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience with small business owners or distributed workforces.
