In Short

• Manage and improve the efficiency of the recruitment team (3-6 recruiters/sourcers).
• Implement the best recruitment tools for optimizing and automating hiring processes.
• Build a data-driven approach to managing job vacancy funnels.
• Report to C-level & Hiring Managers.
• Establish a clear KPI and performance review system for the team.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to build transparent working relationships.
• Generate unconventional solutions for closing positions.
• Lead and close Senior/Lead level vacancies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry and at least 1 year of team management experience.
• Experience in building recruitment processes from scratch.
• Understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and hiring tools.
• Structured thinking and ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
• Result-oriented, critical thinking, and stress resilience.
