• Act as a liaison between patients and service providers.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license in Arizona for independent billing.
• 2+ years of experience in SUD or BH management.
• Proficiency in technology, including EHR and telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and CBT preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with community resources.
• Stable, high-speed internet required.
