• Seeking an experienced Medical Provider to join the care team.
• Facilitate care for individuals with SUD.
• Collaborate with Care Navigators and community organizations.

Requirements

• Active Virginia license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Doctor.
• Active DEA and CDS as applicable.
• Experience in addiction medicine or psychiatry.
• Board certification preferred.
• Compassion for people with SUD.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
