Recovery Coach - Remote

Overview

As a Recovery Coach at Holon Health, you will support justice-involved individuals in their recovery journey, utilizing your lived experience to build trust and encourage clients facing various challenges.

• Support clients with substance use disorder through lived experience.

Requirements

• Located in or willing to relocate to Colorado.
• Familiarity with Colorado's recovery community is a plus.
• Must have at least one year of lived recovery experience.
• Certification as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist or Coach.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recovery barriers clients face.
• Commitment to professional boundaries and ethics.
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
