Requirements

  • Experience in BPOs, call centers, or customer service environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently.
  • High level of empathy and assertive communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-player attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese/Chinese required.
  • Proactive mindset, eager to learn about products and tools.
  • Customer-first approach to create great experiences.
