In Short

  • Answer customer inquiries and solve issues via chat and email.

Requirements

  • Experience in BPOs, call centers, or fast-paced customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently.
  • High level of empathy and assertive communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-player attitude.
  • Fluency in English, Japanese (JLPT N1), or Chinese (HSK 6).
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Customer-first approach to creating great experiences.
