As a Customer Service Representative at Holafly, you will be the first point of contact for our travelers around the world, assisting them through chat, email, and video calls to deliver an outstanding experience.

Requirements

• Experience with remote work and self-motivation.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
