Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager plays an integral role in our delivery organization, leading the charge in building and inspiring high-performing teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions within the Microsoft Technology stack.

In Short

• Manage large and complex projects with a focus on scope, risk, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Develop project communications and set direction with stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk assessment and management sessions.
• Leverage project management principles and methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Manage project budgets ranging from $1M to $2M+
• Assist in the development of Statements of Work and Change Orders.
• Provide leadership and communication on project progress and challenges.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Lead teams and drive decision-making in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Effective communication with Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Strong people management and business knowledge.
• Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, and CMM methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Positive mindset and results-oriented attitude.
