Solvd Inc. is a premier software engineering company looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our project management team and oversee software engineering projects from initiation to closure.

In Short

• Facilitate presales activities and project estimation.
• Organize full-cycle software engineering projects.
• Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers and designers.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Manage client expectations and build positive relationships.
• Define and ensure compliance with best practice development methodologies.
• Proven project management and planning skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software project management.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software project management.
• 3+ years experience in pre-sales.
• Experience in project initiation and management of large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with software development practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language (C1).
• Previous work in companies like EPAM or Accenture is advantageous.
