  • Provide specialist knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

  • Develop high-quality bids and proposals for prospective customers.
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer from pre-sales to consulting teams.
  • Support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions & integrations.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Consultancy.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution crafting abilities.
  • Proven experience in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Expertise in Solution and Integration Design.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
