Overview

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced legal counsel to serve as the Head of Legal for the UK and Ireland, providing legal advice across various business units while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• University Law Degree and current practicing certificate.
• 7+ years of experience in legal roles.
• Proven track record in construction and engineering law.
• Experience with FIDIC and NEC4 contracts is preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence and lead teams.
• Business-minded and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in corporate governance and compliance.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
