Construction Site Manager - HVDC Converter Station - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Site Manager to oversee construction and commissioning services for HVDC converter stations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.

In Short

• Oversee all construction and commissioning activities.
• Act as the main interface to the customer on contractual matters.
• Manage manpower requirements and drive site activities.
• Ensure all personnel are informed about the Scope of Work.
• Handle change management and variation orders.
• Ensure quality tests are performed and accepted.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Environment, and Safety requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation handling on site.
• Guarantee activities are performed within contractual schedules.
• Promote safety and integrity within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the energy sector.
• Sound commercial awareness and contracts management experience.
• Experience in Civil Works, Installation, and/or Commissioning.
• Certified knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Middle East and worldwide.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
