Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end, keep hiring pipelines moving, and ensure our clients feel supported and excited to work with us.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with DTC clients from onboarding to successful placement.
  • Run regular check-in calls and performance reviews.
  • Oversee Talent Partners and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Review candidate submissions for quality and alignment.
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops.
  • Monitor CRM activity and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to pipeline delays and candidate quality.
  • Suggest improvements to client communication and sourcing flow.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong communication and client-facing confidence.
  • Comfortable overseeing small internal teams.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting pipelines.
  • Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
  • Fast-moving and solution-focused personality.
