Overview

The Senior Account Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping the vision and operational strategy of the Account Management department while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and growth of the client base.

In Short

  • 100% Remote position based in South Africa
  • Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST
  • Monthly compensation range of USD $2,000 - $3,000 based on experience
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business leads
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify prospects
  • Manage assigned client accounts and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies
  • Mentor junior team members in the account management team
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Strong sales instincts and relationship-building experience
  • Understanding of sales and client workflows
  • Experience in account management or related fields
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and outreach platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with client service best practices
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities
