Paid Ads Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a data-obsessed Paid Ads Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and beyond. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll not only optimize ad spend but also help shape the digital strategy that drives our growth.

In Short

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Analyze performance and constantly test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to monitor and report results.
• Build custom dashboards to track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key KPIs.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to generate high-performing creatives.
• Conduct A/B tests across platforms and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure pixel implementation, tracking accuracy, and data cleanliness.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience managing paid campaigns across major ad platforms.
• Proven success optimizing for performance (ROAS, CPL, CAC).
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads required.
• Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance and make quick strategic adjustments.
• Experience using automation tools or scripts (e.g., Google Ads Scripts, Zapier) is a big plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re proactive and results-driven.
