Overview

The E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Coordinator will support the founder in managing day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring product listings are accurate, and coordinating with partners in the US market.

In Short

• Manage product listings across multiple sales channels
• Add new products and update existing listings
• Monitor live products and flag missing or incorrect listings
• Track product comments and reviews
• Coordinate fulfillment-related issues with the 3PL warehouse
• Prepare and import returns data into warehouse systems
• Monitor and respond to customer communications
• Support retailer communications with Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s
• Coordinate digital marketing and social media efforts
• Conduct competitor analysis for insights
