As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our software products.

• Data collection: Obtain information from a variety of sources and systems to verify and analyze.
• Daily Testing: Run through application flows on a daily basis to ensure new releases are functioning as intended.
• Bug Identification: Proactively find and document bugs, aiming to catch issues before clients encounter them.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to understand new features and changes, providing feedback and reporting issues as they arise.
• Embedded QA: Be embedded in the release and QA process, offering both a quality assurance perspective and technical insights.
• Expertise Utilization: Apply your knowledge and expertise in SaaS and mobile applications to identify potential issues and improvements.
• Issue Resolution: Use your strong sense of issues to facilitate quick resolution and ensure smooth product performance.
