We are seeking a highly dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide real-time support to a business owner. This role involves joining live calls to take dictation, assisting with communications while traveling, and helping to keep daily tasks and priorities organized.

In Short

  • Join live calls to take dictation and detailed notes
  • Read emails, text messages, and other correspondence aloud during travel times
  • Track to-dos, reminders, and important follow-ups to keep the owner organized
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets, logs, and administrative files
  • Provide light administrative support as needed, such as scheduling and reminders
  • Offer flexible availability, with occasional weekend support preferred
