Our client is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead and scale organic growth initiatives for a fast-growing healthcare publication. This is a remote, full-time leadership role ideal for someone who has deep experience in content-driven SEO, thrives on strategy and optimization, and can guide teams toward sustainable, measurable growth.

In Short

• Lead the overall SEO strategy for a growing digital healthcare brand
• Manage and mentor a small team of SEO specialists, writers, or freelancers
• Conduct and oversee keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive reviews
• Work closely with content creators to optimize articles, landing pages, and educational resources
• Build and manage SEO content calendars aligned with business goals
• Improve on-page elements such as metadata, internal linking, and content hierarchy
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., rankings, CTR, bounce rates, traffic) and use insights to guide strategy
• Ensure all SEO work follows Google’s best practices and is aligned with healthcare content guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing or leading SEO strategy, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or medical publishing
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally (writers, editors, marketing, etc.)
• Strong command of English—both written and verbal
• Skilled in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Analytical and strategic thinker with attention to detail
• Bonus: Familiarity with compliance-friendly content approaches for regulated industries (e.g., YMYL, E-A-T)
