What We're Looking For 

To be successful at Medecision the Senior Project Manager will understand what a customer centric organization entails and be able to infuse that ideology in your contributions. On a given day you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, implementing, and completing projects across multiple workstreams. This role demands a high level of expertise in project management methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Previous experience working with Utilization Management and/or Care Management platforms in healthcare is required for this role.

In Short

• Lead and motivate project teams across multiple workstreams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in client-facing interactions.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in project management.
• Required experience in healthcare technology, specifically Utilization Management or Care Management software platforms.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
