Immunology Training Manager (Contract Role) - Remote

Overview

The Immunology Training Manager will help design and deliver impactful training programs to elevate the knowledge and capabilities of customer-facing teams, including Field Sales, Account Managers, and Nurse Educator roles. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Enablement & Training, this role will play a key part in preparing for an upcoming 2026 product launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years in a commercial organization within pharmaceutical/biotech
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with instructional design and training facilitation
• Proven time management skills
