Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing Chief of Staff to work directly with company leadership to manage priorities, optimize team coordination, and ensure the executive office runs at peak efficiency. You’ll serve as a thought partner, operations driver, and trusted right hand to founders and senior leaders—while also guiding junior EAs and providing structure across day-to-day workflows.

In Short

  • Own and manage the CEO/founder’s calendar, inbox, and internal priorities.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and force multiplier—filtering decisions, streamlining workflows, and keeping the right things top of mind.
  • Attend leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely execution across the team.
  • Draft high-quality docs, internal memos, and communication on behalf of the executive team.
  • Drive cross-functional projects by aligning stakeholders, setting timelines, and tracking progress.
  • Provide mentorship, structure, and oversight to junior Executive Assistants or admin support roles.
  • Build out scalable workflows and templates to make the EA function more efficient.
  • Monitor progress across org priorities, flag blockers, and help solve for momentum.
  • Exceptional communicator with a strong executive presence.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management platforms.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience supporting senior executives or founders.
  • Proven track record in EA, Chief of Staff, Strategic Ops, or high-level admin roles.
  • Comfortable managing confidential information and working with C-suite priorities.
  • A natural systems thinker who’s always looking to improve processes and anticipate roadblocks.
  • Exceptional communicator (both written and verbal) with a strong executive presence.
  • Bonus: Experience working in startups, remote-first environments, or as a right hand to a founder.
  • Bonus: Prior experience managing or mentoring other Executive Assistants.
