As the Sr. Solutions Analyst of Operations, you will play a key role in driving our research and development efforts to create innovative solutions that address complex challenges.

• Lead the design and implementation of first-generation software solutions, from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Solid understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
