As a Senior Pharmacist in Operations at Hims & Hers, you will lead and support the pharmacy team in a mail-order pharmacy environment, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred).
• 7-9 years in a pharmacy supervisory role.
• 4-6 years as a pharmacist-in-charge or pharmacy manager.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift over 30lbs safely.
• Mail Service/Mail Order Pharmacy Experience.
