Senior Manager, Accounting Operations - Remote

In Short

• Manage daily accounting operations including invoice review and transaction accuracy.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, including offshore resources.
• Conduct managerial reviews of financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage accounting systems and oversee system implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including SOX.
• Optimize team processes and document procedures for onboarding.
• Train and mentor team members for skill development.
• Address ad-hoc requests and resolve daily operational issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in public company accounting operations.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• BA/BS in accounting, business administration, or economics.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle complex problems and present solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
