Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in social media
• Experience leading large-scale social strategies
• Deep expertise in platform algorithms and audience behavior
• Data-driven mindset with fluency in social analytics
• Track record of building brands through storytelling
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
