Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of corporate experience in content or related roles.
• 2-5 years managing multi-regional teams.
• Experience in HR technology and services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in content marketing and editorial calendar management.
• Understanding of Gen AI tools for writing and design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite tools.
