In Short

• Support attorneys in managing a range of pre-litigation disputes, commercial litigation, investigations, and employment matters.
• Assist with employment law matters, such as internal investigations and policy implementation.
• Coordinate and manage consumer complaints and third-party requests.
• Collect, review, and organize documents for discovery and audits.
• Maintain and monitor litigation tracking information and case calendars.
• Assist with preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
• Work closely with outside counsel on case management.
• Support company-wide litigation holds and data preservation initiatives.
• Assist with e-discovery and case management tools.
• Provide administrative support in internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation and employment matters.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and legal tools.
