Employment / Litigation Paralegal - Remote

Overview

Our Employment / Litigation Paralegal position is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, proactive paralegal to join a global, rapidly growing cybersecurity company. In this role, you will report to Wiz’s Employment Counsel, North America and support the global labor & employment legal function.

In Short

• Work closely with the global employment legal team on employment projects.
• Prepare and maintain relevant case related materials for litigation.
• Create, maintain, and update electronic case files.
• Assist in document collection and production.
• Support with and help manage eDiscovery process.
• Prepare, issue and manage Legal Hold Notices.
• Prepare internal trackers and reports for employment matters.
• Perform legal and factual research.
• Maintain and update employment document templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3-5+ years’ experience as a litigation and/or employment paralegal.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local court rules.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with employment litigation and administrative charges.
• Strong knowledge of ediscovery process.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Detail and process-oriented.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
