In Short

• Work closely with the global employment legal team on employment projects.
• Prepare and maintain case-related materials for litigation.
• Create and manage electronic case files.
• Assist with document collection and production.
• Support the eDiscovery process.
• Prepare and manage Legal Hold Notices.
• Maintain employment document templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on initiatives.
• Manage budgets and invoices for employment matters.
• Perform legal and factual research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3-5+ years’ experience as a litigation and/or employment paralegal.
• Knowledge of court rules and federal/state employment laws.
• Experience with employment litigation and administrative charges.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery processes.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies.
