In Short

• Prepare, file, and prosecute trademark and copyright documents.
• Record trademark and copyright assignments.
• Communicate with international counsel on enforcement matters.
• Perform trademark searches and analyze results.
• Maintain and review the IP docket for deadlines.
• Prepare and file domain name applications.
• Draft correspondence related to IP matters.
• Assist in reviewing and prosecuting trademark applications.
• Manage trademark renewal processes.
• Support trademark-related projects and copyright tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degrees in Paralegal Studies or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in trademark prosecution.
• Proficiency in Google products, Slack, Figma, and legal tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors is a plus.
