Order Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Order Management Specialist at Hims & Hers, you will play a key role in the day-to-day processing of customer orders by supporting our Pharmacy and Fulfillment partners and internal stakeholders in identifying and resolving order issues.

In Short

• Support daily order issue review and resolution.
• Provide real-time onsite support to resolve issues.
• Utilize multiple systems and platforms to investigate and track order exceptions.
• Act as an on-site liaison for the Order Management team.
• Assess and prioritize competing order issues.
• Contribute to and maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Meet individual and team KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain Order Management resources and workflows.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Customer Support and/or Operations experience.
• Experience in Telehealth and/or Pharmacy is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Clear and proactive communication skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
