Overview

The Motion Designer/Editor, Performance Creative will be a key member of the Paid Media Creative team, responsible for creating high-performing ad creative across various platforms.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design or video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite.
• Understanding of platform-native creative best practices.
• Ability to produce and deliver creative at scale.
• A collaborative mindset with fresh ideas.
• Interest in using performance data for creative improvement.
• A portfolio showcasing motion and visual storytelling.
