Overview

Monks is looking to expand our creative service capabilities by hiring a full-time Motion Designer to help build the creative offering for a top performance marketing agency.

In Short

• Collaborate with designers and producers to create ads driving performance results.
• Strong time management to lead multiple motion-based projects.
• Own revision and resizing projects for major clients.
• Conceptualize animated content optimized for paid media channels.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Self-starter and effective communicator.
• 2-4 years experience in motion design and video editing.
• Portfolio required for application.
• Experience in paid media ad animation preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and practices.

Requirements

• 2-4 years technical experience with motion design and video editing.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in animation for paid media ads.
• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HTML5 ad animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google suite is beneficial.
• B2C and B2B experience is a plus.
