Freelance Motion Designer, Performance Creative - Remote

Overview

Monks is looking to expand our creative service capabilities by hiring a full-time Motion Designer. You will be helping to build the creative offering for a top performance marketing agency. You will partner with our media buying team and alongside clients to develop creative that drives results.

In Short

• Collaborate with designers and producers to create ads driving performance results.
• Manage multiple motion-based projects with tight timelines.
• Own revision and resizing projects for large clients.
• Conceptualize animated content optimized for paid media channels.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• 2-4 years technical experience in motion design and video editing.
• Portfolio required.
• Experience in paid media ad animation.
• Openness to team and client feedback.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in motion design and video editing.
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with HTML5 ad animation is a plus.
• Experience using Gen AI tools for ad builds is a plus.
• B2C and B2B experience is a plus.
