As a Lead Data Analyst for Operations Analytics, you will act as a strategic leader in leveraging analytics to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across Hims & Hers’ operational functions.

Requirements

• Experience with Looker, Google BigQuery, and DBT.
• Ability to design and execute complex analysis projects.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights.
• Ability to contextualize data within the business landscape.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
