Data Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

You will be joining the team that is building Chainlink in this newly created position as a Data Operations Analyst. The Data Operations team is tasked with measuring, managing and mitigating risk and quality across the Chainlink data business.

In Short

• Proactively monitor and mitigate risks across Chainlink’s portfolio of data products
• Support the incident response team as an escalation point for issues that do not follow known patterns.
• Maintain and update mission-critical internal datasets that provide the foundation for Chainlink’s data platform
• Debug issues based on contextual knowledge of data providers, node operators and Chainlink’s data infrastructure

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a data-driven organization
• Available to be part of an on-call rotation schedule providing level 2 incident response
• Interest in blockchain ecosystem and decentralized finance
• Have a strong respect for security requirements and implications in a blockchain environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priority evolution
• Good foundational knowledge of Python, SQL, JSON and REST APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
