• Lead and develop a team of engineers within the Customer Platform.
• Coach and mentor engineering teams in Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices.
• Define technical strategy and execution plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive alignment across squads and cross-functional partners.
• Scale the architecture and systems with long-term growth in mind.
• Design and implement process improvements.
• Champion engineering standards in a modern, agile environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and other partners.
• Mentor and develop engineers, focusing on succession planning.
• Manage staffing strategy and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in development, with a strong background in backend systems.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin or other OOP languages.
• Experience architecting and scaling applications.
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Adept at balancing speed and quality.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
