• Lead and manage a team of Marketing analysts.
• Analyze Marketing data from various sources to extract actionable insights.
• Work closely with Marketing partners to adopt new capabilities.
• Evolve Brand Marketing measurement and integrate it into existing tools.
• Expand operational scale through automation solutions.
• Communicate analysis results to senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve analytics processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills for various levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to align analytics with strategic business goals.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience in Brand and Performance Marketing measurement.
• Expert proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with Python and/or R is a plus.
• Experience with web and app analytics platforms.
• Experience with data visualization software.
