In Short

• Join Hightouch as a backend-focused full stack engineer.
• Build and improve integrations that move customer data to SaaS tools.
• Ship code daily that solves real user problems.
• Work with a variety of APIs and develop new features based on customer needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, customer success, and sales teams.
• Debug and improve existing integrations through code reviews and support tickets.
• Guide technical direction and priorities for destinations and UX.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and explain solutions.
• Write scalable and maintainable code that meets high quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in software engineering.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity and motivation to tackle complex problems.
• Experience with backend and full stack development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Location independent salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 per year.
