Overview

The Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery at West Penn Hospital is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in a dynamic obstetrics environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or multi-state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient bedside RN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Clearance certificates as per Act 34, 33, and 73.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team and support others.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Willingness to adapt and learn continuously.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively within the work shift.
