The Registered Nurse Float Pool at West Penn Hospital provides expert nursing care across multiple specialty areas including ASC, GI Lab, PACU, and OR/Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Room or Cath Lab.
• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Act 34, 33, and 73 clearances required.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care planning skills.
• Ability to manage patient care delivery effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
