Operating Room Core Support - Remote

Overview

The Operating Room Core Support role involves assembling surgical case carts and ensuring the smooth operation of materials support between Central Sterile and the Operating Room staff.

In Short

• Assemble surgical case carts with necessary supplies.
• Coordinate with Central Sterile and Operating Room staff.
• Restock and maintain sterile cores.
• Process requests for patient care equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Preferred experience in a hospital setting.
• Must be CPR certified.

Requirements

• Minimum CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred CRCST eligibility or certification.
• Six months of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Enrollment in a surgical tech/sterile processing program preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
