The Manager of Sales Support & Operations will oversee a team of Client Benefit Analysts, ensuring successful execution of high-profile implementations and managing daily operations within the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Sales Operations preferred.
  • 3 years in a management or leadership role preferred.
  • 1 year experience with Medicare products preferred.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing solutions.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and terminology.
