Coordinator Radiology Technologist Program - Remote

Overview

This role performs prescribed radiographic imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision and coordinates the clinical activities of Radiologic Technology students.

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures independently.
• Coordinate clinical activities of Radiologic Technology students.
• Serve as a liaison between the hospital and educational institutions.
• Implement radiation protection and safety standards.
• Complete required documentation for procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications.
• Maintain adequate supplies for efficient operations.
• Assist physicians in radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• ARRT Radiography certification.
• 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• CPR certification.
• Background clearance certifications.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Leadership and/or teaching experience preferred.
